Always the drum, before the clothes. From the drawer they will not dissolve properly and you will not get the result. This is the single most common reason a wash disappoints.

Treat them like any cleaning product. They are small and brightly coloured, so keep the pack sealed and stored high up, out of reach and out of sight. Never let a child handle one. If one is swallowed or squeezed into the eyes, rinse with water and contact a doctor straight away.

It is a water-soluble film, not plastic wrap, and it dissolves in cold and hard water along with everything inside it. If you ever find pieces of it on your clothes, the drum was too full or the cycle too short rather than the film failing.

Use it for a month on the clothes you actually wear. That is the only honest test. If your laundry is not better for it, message us within 30 days of delivery and tell us what did not work.
