This guarantee applies to Noorly™ PowerPods, LittleCare, LaceCare, ActiveCare packs. You can use the pods to decide whether they’re right for you. It applies to eligible packs purchased at full price or on offer. The trial pack and other products are not covered by this satisfaction guarantee.
Email support@noorly.in within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a request for a refund. You do not need to explain why you’re unhappy. Our team will confirm the next steps.
Refunds under this guarantee are money refunds, not store credits. If you paid online, we’ll refund your original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll arrange a UPI or bank transfer.
If any item in your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@noorly.in with your order number. We’ll help resolve the issue, whether or not that item is covered by the PowerPods money-back guarantee.
