No. One sheet is a full dose for a regular underwear load. Add a second sheet for a heavier or sweat-heavy one.

It is made for it. It works just as well on anything with long skin contact, so vests, socks and gym innerwear all qualify.

It means no perfume has been added. Clean does not have a smell. Anything you can smell afterwards is something left in the fabric.

Yes. The enzymes work in cold and hot water, in a machine or in a bucket.

You can. The sheet is dosed for an underwear load though, so it does the most work when that load goes in on its own.
